We’re delighted with your interest in leasing at our community. Del Via participates in an attainable housing program and requires both you and us to verify certain income information annually. Upon application approval, a tenant income certification verifying annual income will require signature. Any applicant or household living in one of these essential apartment homes can earn up to the annual incomes listed below.

Application Requirements
Qualifications: 2.5x rent
Acceptable forms of proof of income include:
- The most recent 4 weeks of pay stubs
- The most recent 2 years of tax returns
- Income verification from your current employer
- Income verification from the Social Security Administration (SSA)
